CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If client is late there is a 15 minute window and no late fee. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled and client will be charged that 50% fee. After 3 times of being late and/or canceling client will be banned from booking.
